Announced Sites

My father & Mother stay house at Blk 219 Boon Lay Aveune but I was shocked old house pull down..

I saw had news..my parent may have a new house so not yet we will choose round maybe jurong west..please dun worry......

Note: * Upon announcement of SERS, flat owners are allowed to sell/transfer their flats with the rehousing benefits to eligible buyers/persons if the flat owners meet the prevailing conditions for resale/transfer. Flat owners are required to submit their resale/transfer application before the deadline as specified for each SERS site. This is to enable HDB to invite the new owners of the flat and the other flat owners to register for the replacement flats.
