1956 to 1969

This appeared in our record as the humble start

of the Canossian School for the Deaf in Canossa Geylang.

In 1952, when Canossa Convent in Geylang decided to open a home for various kinds of handicapped.

Twenty-five years ago the little seed planted in Aljunied Road by the kind and warm hearted Canossian Sisters become a shady tree where deaf children, youth and married couples are always welcome and can rest under its shade.

May God continue to bless the work the Sisters are doing and may we see this tree grow stronger and hearlthier as the years go by.

We succeeds in creating an artistic work and we enjoys the company of friends
